I have changed the original recipe because I think this is better. While it may be white instead of red , and made with chicken instead of beef , it has all the characteristics of what we love so much about Lasagna: Classic lasagna is hard to beat in the taste department, but in the looks department? Woof. (And don't even get us started on how messy serving it can be.) Our solution: Individual lasagnas baked in a muffin tin.
